PhD student in the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in Machine Learning Systems
Hello! I'm a first-year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, working with Professor Tariq Elahi. My research sits at the intersection of machine learning and privacy: how to build systems that learn useful things from data without leaking what they shouldn't.
Before Edinburgh, I completed my MS in Computer Science at Columbia University, advised by Professor Steven M. Bellovin, with a focus on differential privacy. I read for my BSc in Computer Science at Cardiff University, where I graduated with First Class Honours.
